Our LINACT-Q Linear Actuator series performance table shows two key specifications: Max Dynamic Load (N) and Max Self-Locking (N). Max Dynamic Load is the most force an actuator can apply while moving. This is its steady pushing or pulling power during work. Max Self-Locking load describes the most static force the actuator can hold without power. Crucially, this prevents this powerful linear actuator from moving or back-driving when idle. It effectively holds its position under load.
