Available From Stock: The 10,000N Twins

We currently hold two exceptionally popular 24Vdc LINACT-G2 configurations in stock, both delivering a massive 10,000N (1,000Kg) of force at a full load speed of 7mm/s. Both feature a 25% duty cycle, fixed limit switches, and an IP 66 rating.

While their stroke lengths are nearly identical, they are engineered for different machine geometries:

The 400mm Option:
Stroke Length: 400mm
Retracted Length: 650mm
Fully Extended Length: 1050mm

The 410mm Option:
Stroke Length: 410mm
Retracted Length: 700mm
Fully Extended Length: 1110mm

Because heavy machinery bays have strict geometric constraints, a slight 10mm difference in stroke translates to a critical 50mm difference in the retracted mounting space (650mm vs. 700mm). This is why we stock both—to ensure your exact build requirements are met.

Safety First: The LINACT-G2/SK with Hand Control

Opening the hood of an articulated dump truck manually is a severe safety hazard. But even when automated, operators shouldn't have to reach into dangerous pinch points to trigger a lift.

Available on order, the LINACT-G2/SK variant comes complete with a Wired Hand Control. This allows mechanics and operators to step back and safely manage the 3,200N to 12,000N lift force from a secure vantage point.

Furthermore, for ultimate safety, all of these LINACT-G2 units come complete with a Manual Hand Screw. If the vehicle loses total electrical power, the heavy hood can still be safely overridden and lowered.

Custom Strokes for Custom Builds

While our 400mm and 410mm units are ready to ship, the LINACT-G2 is not a one-size-fits-all product. If your farming implement or earthmover requires a specific geometry, custom stroke lengths from 50mm up to 1000mm are available on order.
