Close up of Adjustable Limit Switch

One of the biggest challenges in automation is getting the stroke length exactly right. Usually, if you buy a standard actuator but realize you need 15mm less travel, you have to move your mounting brackets or buy a completely new unit.

The LINACT-AB-ALS changes that.
With this new heavy-duty unit, you have full control over the start and stop positions, giving you the flexibility to fine-tune your installation to the millimeter.

How does it work?

Unlike standard actuators where the limit switches are hidden inside the motor housing, the LINACT-AB-ALS features an external track with sliding limit switches.

Adjusting the stroke length

Simply slide the switch to your desired stopping point and tighten the screw.

By simply loosening a screw, you can slide the "Stop" sensor up or down the track. This means a 400mm stock actuator can effectively become a 320mm actuator (or anything in between) in seconds.

We currently stock this unit in 200mm and 400mm stroke lengths, covering a wide range of applications.

Why choose this model?

  • No More Alignment Errors: Install the brackets first, then adjust the stroke to fit perfectly.
  • Versatility: Buy a 400mm unit and adjust it down to fit any custom gap.
  • Industrial Strength: Built with the same robust heavy-duty motor as our standard industrial range.
